My inspirations come from old and new, colours, history, textures & tones. I love to photograph in the late afternoon sun, ‘the golden hour’, I enjoy the simple things, beautiful colours in autumn, the company of my cat, the holding of my partner’s hand, quality leather shoes, buttons & fabrics. I love to sew, draw, cycle & chat. Good music (& sometimes bad) that (I think) I can dance & sing to, observing people, hearing about their lives, retelling stories to anyone who will listen, and documenting all of these things through the lens of my camera. I love the magic of capturing a moment in a photograph, and reliving the memory. Sharing my photos brings me the most joy. xx
